NextKS Portal Guide
Accessing the Portal
To access the NextKS Portal, navigate to the dedicated URL for your organization:https://[customer_name].nextksframework.com
.
- Log in using your email (via passwordless login) or your Google account.
- If you do not have access, contact your organization’s admin for assistance.
Portal Overview
The NextKS Portal is the central hub for managing surveys, viewing results, and uploading knowledge resources. Depending on your account type and role, you will have access to different features:
- Users: Access surveys and upload files.
- Admins: Manage users, surveys, and Slack integration settings.
Main Features
- Surveys
- Filling Out Surveys:
- Surveys are tailored to your role.
- Team Members: Complete the standard version that includes the topics you can help others with and your perception of communication efficiency within your organization.
- Managers: Provide additional insights about your team, important skills necessary for delivering the expected KPIs, and skill levels of your team members.
- Surveys help the organization map skills and identify potential risks associated with limited succession in critical positions.
- Surveys are tailored to your role.
- Accessing Surveys:
- The "Surveys" section is on the main page of the dedicated URL for your organization:

. - Complete the survey and click on the "Send response" button.
Managers have available history of the previously sent data about their teams. To save time, they can select one of the previous, update it, and send it as new.

- Dashboards (Managers Only)
- Network graph - helps you to understand the unofficial flow of knowledge across your organization. It shows relationships in naturally cooperating hubs, reveals top performers, and highlights individuals whose departure might negatively impact the performance of your teams
- Orgchart - a visualization using the most recent survey responses provided by employees.
- NextKS Assistant Analytics - Number of question tickets, resolution times, most active users, topics, and more.

- File Uploader

to upload knowledge resources. - Accepted formats are PDFs, Word documents (.doc,.docx), HTML, MD, JSON, PPTX, and TXT.
- Uploaded files are analyzed and stored for future search and retrieval by the NextKS Assistant.
- User Management (Admins Only)
- Add, import, or export users. CSV file format is supported.
- Assign roles ("team member" or "manager") and account type ("user" or "admin")
- Slack Integration (Admins Only)

Admins access the

page for one-time NextKS Assistant Slack app installation in the company Slack workspace.
Note: To keep up with your organization's changes, it is best to complete the survey at least once per quarter.
The file uploader allows users to contribute documents to the AI vector store.
